The Ghost Festival has four different sources of income: ticket sales, the support of our partners, the sale of merchandising articles and the income from the "support-now-buttons".
The income from ticket sales and the "support-now-buttons" goes 100% to the almost 1300 musicians (incl. technicians etc.). The amount will be distributed equally per head. Some of the artists/bands listed on the line-up will waive their "fee" in favour of the remaining artists/bands.
The support contributions from our partners and the income from merchandising also go to the musicians after production costs and working hours of the members of the Ghost Club - most of whom also come from the music and culture industry - have been deducted. Some members of the Ghost Club waive their salaries and thus additionally support the musicians.
A detailed statement of account is drawn up by our external trustee office after the festival. The Ghost Club is a non-profit organisation. The aim of Ghost Club is to be back to "zero" after the festival.
