Some basic but important things.

If you have any question about the records and the handling, feel free to ask anytime.
Expect around 3 - 6 working days for shipping. Delivery may take even longer - depending on the receiving address.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Buyer pays shipping. The prices are calculated according to weight and region directly during the order.

RETURN POLICY
Once you received the records you've ordered, we won't take them back and give refunds. If anything doesn't correspond with the item's description, let us know and we can talk about it.

CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES
They are NOT INCLUDED in the order price. The buyer always carries any customs/tax fees if there should be any. They can't be managed here. We always declare the actual order.

RECORDED DELIVERY
If you require registered shipping, please specify this in your order. If not, it will be shipped as unregistered airmail. With this cheaper shipping option "economic" there is no tracking number available from the Swiss post. For registered shipping add CHF 6 to the postage.
