His first solo album is, together with ‘Wildflowers’, my favorite Petty record. 🎸 It's produced by Jeff Lynne. In his hands, Petty's roots rock becomes clean and glossy. 💎 Fits him very well, in my opinion. It's craft is still admirable and appealing. Not one weak song on this one!
